I am loved. I am worthy. I matter.

Words matter. How we talk to ourselves is key to our mental health. As the voice we hear most, if it’s constantly tearing us down it will impact our mindset in a big way.

When we speak highly of ourselves, we are empowered. But it takes practice to be our own hype team. To support our self-talk journeys, we made a list of quick daily mindset mantras. Keep them on the mirror, above the coffee pot, in the car and at your desk.

The key is to keep them visible and repeat them often, a true mindset ritual…

  • I chose me today.

  • Everything I feel today is valid.

  • I deserve all the good things.

  • I am more than my productivity.

  • It’s ok to say no to others and yes to myself today.

  • I can feel joy and grief at the same time.

  • I am more than enough.

  • I am loved. I am worthy. I matter.

  • I am a beautiful and capable human.

  • I am not alone.

  • There is only one me.

  • Embracing who I am, not who society tells me to be.

  • Writing my own story. Shaping my own future.

  • I’m daring to be fully me today.

  • I’m daring to be seen today.

  • I will hold my boundaries today.

  • Taking care of myself the way I deserve to be cared for today.
